Create protected time away from the pace of everyday life for deeper rest, reflection, and sustained engagement with Maharishi’s knowledge.
Experiences range from online half-day, one-day, and weekend TM retreats to extended TM Residence Courses and selected specialty immersions offered online or in person.
TM verification and any additional eligibility requirements will be listed with each individual experience.

TM retreats, TM Residence Courses, and specialty immersions create different ways to step away from ordinary activity and go more deeply into experience and knowledge.
TM retreats are designed for people who have already learned Transcendental Meditation through authorized personal instruction. They create protected time for extended meditation and rest, Maharishi’s knowledge, reflection, and connection with other meditators. Retreats may range from a few hours online to one-day and weekend experiences in person.
TM Residence Courses provide a more extended retreat environment built around complete, authorized Residence Course knowledge sets. These experiences allow additional time for meditation, deep rest, Maharishi’s recorded knowledge, discussion, reflection, and integration.
Specialty immersions place greater emphasis on a particular area of Maharishi’s knowledge and its practical application. Depending on the experience, these may be offered online or in person and may include authorized course material, guided instruction, supporting practices, discussion, and structured daily routines.
Eligibility and participation requirements vary by experience. Some Maharishi knowledge is intended specifically for TM practitioners, while other educational material may be appropriate for a broader audience. Certain recorded teachings also have specific requirements governing whether they may be presented online or only in person.
Each retreat, Residence Course, or immersion will clearly state its eligibility, format, location, schedule, and participation requirements.
Retreats and immersions are designed to create protected time for deeper experience, rest, knowledge, reflection, and connection.
The exact structure depends on the experience. A TM retreat may include extended periods of Transcendental Meditation and rest, Maharishi’s knowledge, Maharishi Yoga Asanas where appropriate, reflection, discussion, Q&A, meals, and time with other meditators.
Online half-day retreats create a concentrated period of extended program and knowledge from home. One-day and weekend retreats provide more time for group practice, rest, Maharishi’s recorded knowledge, discussion, and connection in person.
TM Residence Courses use a more extended format, combining the retreat environment with a complete authorized Residence Course knowledge set presented over multiple days.
Specialty immersions may incorporate additional instruction, structured daily routines, and concentrated study within a particular area of Maharishi’s knowledge.
Each experience will clearly state its format, location, schedule, eligibility requirements, and what is included.
Where Maharishi’s recorded teaching is presented, the knowledge comes from Maharishi and the authorized source material. My role is to facilitate the experience, support continuity, provide appropriate context, and create the conditions for participants to engage with the knowledge as it was intended to be presented.
